Administrative Position, Ottawa-Gatineau
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

Administrative Skills And Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients either in person, phone, written communication, etc.
- Oversee the good function of the daily activities of the firm
- Receive all in-bound calls, emails, and visitors
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Send and receive messages
- Provide administrative support to all team members
- Sort, file, and retrieve documents according to established filing systems
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
- Maintain records of filed and removed materials
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits
- Provide information to clients and public
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Invoicing clients and following up on payment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Other duties will be assigned as required
Education And Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience or a diploma/degree with an administrative focus (required)
- Experience with project management software (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (required)
- Experience with tax and accounting software (asset)
- Bilingual with working proficiency in English and French (preferred)
